At TryBloom, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review our refund and replacement policy before placing your order.


Prepaid Orders

  • Once a prepaid order is processed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 24 hours of delivery at Email - care@trybloom.in or on Whatsapp at  : +91-8591688055 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.

Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will arrange our courier partner for the wrong item to be collected and send you the correct product


Return Policy for Unused & Unopened Products

We understand that you may wish to return a product even if it is not defective. In such cases, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Raise a return request by emailing us at care@trybloom.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at : +91-8591688055  within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please mention your Order ID and ensure the product is unused and unopened.

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your return request.

Step 3 – Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected. After verifying that the product is unused, unopened, and intact, we will initiate a refund after deducting a 20% restocking fee.

 

Important Notes

We will not be able to process any return or replacement if:

  • The product is used, opened, or altered
  • The original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear video proof of damage is not provided
  • The policy does not apply to the following products:
    • Feather Touch | Ultra-thin Panty Liners
    • Snug | Reusable Period Panty for Heavy Flow
